Friday, July 10

9:00 am. Registration for optional pre-program Men's and Women's Wisdom gatherings.

10:00 - 4:00 pm. Optional pre-program separate Men's and Women's Wisdom gatherings, followed by a reconciliation and bonding ceremony

6:00 pm. Registration for weekend event

7:00 pm. Official weekend celebration begins. Welcome by Allan Hardman

8:00 pm. Music for the Feet and Soul by Melissa Phillippe and James Nihan,
dancing and socializing. Go to their website to listen to their wonderful music.

Saturday, July 11

8:00 – 9:00 am. Breakfast

9:00 – 12:30 pm. Keynote by Allan Hardman and teachers

12:30 – 1:30. Lunch

2:00 – 5:30. Workshops by Toltec teachers, relaxing

6:00 – 7:30 pm. Dinner

8:00 pm. Fire ceremony, drumming, observatory (weather permitting).

12:00 pm to dawn. Optional Dreamtime Mitote

THE EVENT MENU & PRICING (We are holding prices same as 2008):

These are regular prices. Check the Joydancer Store for early bird savings before May 15!

The Celebration weekend registration includes two nights semi-private, dormitory, or camping lodging with five meals, all teachings, workshops, fire ceremony, and Sunday Circle of Life. Cost depends on the lodging you choose.

Celebration Weekend Registration:

  • Weekend in semi-private lodging, Friday evening to Sunday Ceremony, five meals: $380
  • Weekend in dormitory lodging, Friday evening to Sunday Ceremony, five meals: $315
  • Weekend tent or RV camping, Friday evening to Sunday Ceremony, five meals: $270

Additional Options:

  • Friday Men’s or Women’s Wisdom Gathering option, with lunch and dinner $95
  • Dreamtime Mitote Saturday night (optional): $45.

Sunday Circle of Love Ceremony only (included in all weekend packages):

  • Sunday Circle of Love (ceremony and lunch): $65

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given up to thirty days prior to a journey or major event. After this, there is a processing fee deducted, and the balance refunded. Contact the Joydancer office for fee details on any particular journey or event. No refunds can be given for no-shows or refund requests after the date of the event. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or postal mail to Joydancer.com. Allan Hardman, Joydancer.com, reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems which may impede event operations. If the event is not held for some reason, all money paid will be refunded.
