Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given up to thirty days prior to a journey or major event. After this, there is a processing fee deducted, and the balance refunded. Contact the Joydancer office for fee details on any particular journey or event. No refunds can be given for no-shows or refund requests after the date of the event. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or postal mail to Joydancer.com. Allan Hardman, Joydancer.com, reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems which may impede event operations. If the event is not held for some reason, all money paid will be refunded.
